Held on June 24th and 25th, 2025 Spice Masters: Seasoned to Win! brought together chefs, r&d’s, and culinary innovators for a flavorful two-day event powered by HELA Spice and hosted by Euro Spice. This exciting gathering celebrated the bold, diverse flavors of European cuisine and offered a unique hands-on experience that combined learning, cooking, and community.

The event’s highlight was a live cooking demonstration by Chef Desmond Tan of HELA Singapore. Attendees had the chance to watch Chef Desmond in action as he showcased the versatility of HELA’s premium, hard-to-find seasonings. His creativity and culinary expertise offered valuable insights into how these spices can transform everyday ingredients into standout dishes. Guests were treated to live tastings and had the opportunity to ask questions during an interactive Q&A session.

After the demonstration, things heated up in the kitchen with a MasterChef-inspired cooking workshop. Participants were grouped into teams of two and challenged to create a dish using HELA seasonings. With just three teams competing, the atmosphere was friendly yet competitive. Each dish was judged on taste, presentation, and originality by a panel of culinary experts, and the winning team was announced on the same day.

Beyond the competition, the event offered a chance for culinary professionals and enthusiasts to connect, share knowledge, and explore new flavor profiles. It was a perfect blend of creativity, collaboration, and spice.
